We would really like to see a scheduling tool with in PPO itself that can:
- Instantly view all the different schedules of your team and see scheduling conflicts that might occur in your various projects
- Simultaneously collaborate on deadlines and milestones in REAL TIME between various team members, projects, schedules and milestones
- Schedule tasks around other projects and ensure that all tasks can be completed in time and according to your project plan
- Instantly view scheduling dependencies and conflicts – any change made to any project will be instantly updated in the project scheduling view - enabling you to manage these changes and make adjustments as needed
