Currently PPO calculates the overall actual and planned % on the project level but not on task level.
This causes a disjointed view for users who do not regularly update their tasks using MSP OR don’t use MSP for scheduling at all.
Due to the above, the project level percentages and task list percentages do not align and also don’t provide a real time view.
It would be beneficial to many users if PPO could calculate the planned % on the task level.
Can the possibilities please be investigated?

I agree, this does have a huge impact on our reports we send to Executives.
The Portfolio Review report is not accurate, because of this error in the system.
When this is fixed, it will sort out a lot of our issues we have.

Actually, can we have the percentages that show on the reports pull from the project task instead of calculating itself? We don't load all of the MS Project tasks into PPO, and would like to use what MS Project calculates instead of what PPO calculates.
