More Entities on PPO

At our organisation, we are currently using PPO across four Project Offices and more than 30 departments. We use PPO to run all forms of IT Projects, including infrastructure projects, releases of new products and release of new features to existing products. Our key focus for using PPO is to manage scope, demand and resource allocation and utilisation. We will, in the near future, also be making use extensively of timesheets. We have been very mindful of PPO’s limitations in terms of number of entities and number of fields available and have managed to stay within these bounds for the first year of using PPO. However, we’re experiencing an increased need for one or two additional entities. Not all the departments and project offices make use of all PPO’s entities and to support the requirements of all areas we need additional entities. Please consider adding at least 3 additional custom entities.
