Please add an option that PPO will automatically invoice the client based on the amount of users that logged into PPO during the month, and not invoice the client for the amount of users that were created on PPO during the month.
For Example: If 50 users are created on a PPO Instance and only 33 users signed into PPO during a particular month, then PPO must only invoice the client for 33 users for that Month.
