Currently in PPO once you have edit rights to a project or issues etc you can do this on all projects. There is a requirement to have read and write on a project level and not a system wide functional level. Thus on this project (based on my role) I can read and here I can edit. This will have to involve some thinking around the role definition on projects and might mean bring in the "project team" concept we looked at before.

Permanently deleted user This is correct but needs to be taken a step further. I would not only want users assigned to projects, but also users assigned to different usergroups that have different access rights.
