Find and Replace Employees once resigned

When an employee resigns from a company, all his current responsibilities in projects needs to be moved to the person standing in for him, or replacing him. It would be useful to have a function to find and replace one employee's assignments on all entities with another one. Currently this needs to be done manually by editing all the records and reassigning them to the correct person who now needs to deal with it.
