Currently Custom lists have descriptions but the actual Custom List Items don't. It would be great if the custom list items could have a definition field.

PPO Development Technically it would be possible to add an additional description to each list item. The question is however how this would be used. We could possibly add this to the Custom List Report and I suppose that from a configuration point of view it would assist in certain cases to explain what is meant by each value.
It would however not be very useful for the users in understanding what each value means while they are busy capturing data. Perhaps education of users and proper documentation in the life-cycle would be workarounds.
