When you have finished logging a new project or loading a new document you press submit. Here comes a confusing part, when you request approval either for Gate or document you press Submit for Approval. This creates a huge confusion among the users because they think they have submitted for approval by pressing the first submit which merely saves the project or document - not submitting it for approval.
I therefore suggest that you change "submit" to "save" when you have finished logging a new project or loading a new document because all that you have done is you have actually saved the project or document.
