Allow Colour Formatting on Text Fields (based on value)

Hi team,

I've got a few reports that provides red text if a result is a negative number.

While this is useful, it would also be useful for reports to format to green text when showing certain positive numbers; for example resource capacity and being able to show resources that have a certain amount of capacity available.

  Thanks for the idea, we actually considered this idea internally earlier this year and have done the analysis and estimates on it. At the time we decided to park the actual change and reconsider later. Will revert as soon as add it to the pipeline.
