Changing Tab names and highlighting tab in use

1) Some users have asked that instead of open tabs e.g. for a report reading "AB InBev Africa Project Portfolio Office" the tab name identifies the report which is open e.g. PPO Usage Report"

2) I have had several requests from users (who get confused and don't know where they are within PPO), to highlight the tab in which they are working.
I have explained that they merely need to check on the top left to see where they are (e.g >> Home Page >> View, but they have asked for more help!

  The current context e.g. "Home Page > View" or the report name e.g. "Project Manager Dashboard" is now shown as the tab title instead of the client name.  Hopefully this helps.
