This idea relates to the user group function called "View Other Home Pages" that currently lets one view the home page for another employee specifically the items they have touched if there are no filters applied.
When viewing another employees home page it is confusing as the items listed are not always the items the employee is working on (Example: It could have just been a record the employee loaded to help out but he/she is not actually working on it)
It would be a great enhancement to be able to view other employee's home pages, specifically the items they are assigned to. Like the shared filter "Issues assigned to me" (assigned to equals current employee) but where one can pick the employee (assigned to equals selected employee on home page).
