Hi, Please can this be logged as an enhancement to PPO.
Change text fields or include new type fields to allow images/screen shots - specifically for for issue descriptions (and I'm sure other entities too)
I have requested this previously but the issue was closed with the suggestion to email documents to go2ppo, but that only saves attachments as documents. It does not save the email content. It is such a mission to create separate documents to record/display issue descriptions with process flow and screen shots. When a user logs an issue (including using the logging of a request on PPO), a separate document has to be saved and linked. If would be so much easier for the recorder of the issue to type or copy the description with all its images directly on the issue. It would also be so much easier for the investigator if all the detail was already on the issue as opposed to them having to download another document to better understand the issue. Please can you log this as a future enhancement. I'm sure it will help all your users, and PPO as a whole. Maybe it could be a separate field altogether that can be selected/available for any entity.
