Actions Report
The Action Report shows all the current action information (no history records are shown on this report). The report can also be filtered further to only include actions related to certain projects. This report is available in report view, datasheet view and PDF view.
Action History Report
The Action History Report shows when the action was updated, by whom and what the recent update was based on the columns displayed. This provides a complete view of how the action has changed over the lifespan of the project. The report can also be filtered further to only include actions related to certain projects. This report is available in report view, datasheet view and PDF view.
Action Detail Report
The report includes all the fields on the Actions entity for all action records and projects. If the “Include Project Information” checkbox is selected, the report will also include all the fields on the project entity. This report is only available in datasheet view.
