This article provides detailed explanations of the Scope Change Reports available in PPO:
The report includes all the fields on the Scope Change entity for all scope change records and projects. If the “Include Project Information” checkbox is selected, the report will also include all the fields on the project entity. This report is only available in datasheet view.
The Scope Change Summary Report shows a list of all the current scope changes that have been captured on the respective projects. The report can also be filtered further to only include scope changes related to certain projects. This report is available in report view, datasheet view and PDF view.
The Individual Scope Change Report is available via a link on the Scope Change View page.
You can also access the report by navigating to the Reports menu item under the Scope Changes Report Category. The Project list parameter is filtered to only show projects that have Scope Changes. The Scope Change parameter is filtered to only show the Scope Changes related to the specific project selected.
The report shows all the fields on the Scope Change entity, as well as an approvals section, where the respective stakeholders can provide sign off on the scope change.
