Approval Detail Report
The report includes all the fields on the Approvals entity for all approval records. This report is only available in datasheet view.
Outstanding Approvals Report
The report shows all the items that require approval (Approvals where the Approval Status is Ready or Declined). The report can be filtered further to only include approvals related to certain projects or specific approvers.
Pending Approvals Report
The report shows all the items that have not yet been submitted for approval (Approvals where the Approval Status is Pending). The report can be filtered further to only include approvals related to certain projects or specific approvers.
Document Approvals Tracking Report
This report shows the status of document approval records, specifically those that are awaiting approval from an approver or re-submission from the originator both visually with a scatter graph and via a table. The report can also include document approval records that still need to be submitted for approval and those that have been approved
