Daily Time Entries
The report shows the time entries captured on each date within the selected parameters, the project as well as the resources that added the time entry.
Monthly Timesheet Detail Report
The report can only be viewed in datasheet view and shows all the time entry records within the selected parameters, the project as well as the resource that added the time entry.
Monthly Timesheet Report
The Monthly Timesheet Report shows a start date and end date parameter as well as a resource list parameter. You can select a week or day parameter as well, so you are not bound to only view the report per month.
The report shows the resource details section followed by a summary of the resource's capacity, time entries, overtime hours and hours that are not accounted for / missing. Lastly, it also shows the summaries per project and per activity. This report is available in report view and PDF view.
Time Entries Audit Trail Report
The Time Entries Audit Trail Report shows a Week starting date and a resource list parameter.
The report shows the time captured for a resource based on the week start selected. For each Time Entry, the top row shows the current time captured, below that, in italics is the history of how it changed based on updates to the time entry record. It shows Updated By and the Last Updated date. This report is available in report view and PDF view.
Time Entry Detail Report
The report can only be viewed in an datasheet view and includes all the fields on the Time Entries entity for all time entry records and projects.
Weekly Time Sheet
The report shows a resource's time entries for the selected week along with summaries of the time by project and activity as well as indicating whether the time is billable or not. This report is available in report view and PDF view.
