The report includes all the fields on the Documents entity for all document records and projects. If the “Include Project Information” checkbox is selected, the report will also include all the fields on the project entity.
This report is a summary of all the unclassified documents on PPO. This means it shows all the documents that were uploaded via e-mail, but not yet classified, according to a project, document type, status or any other required fields.
It includes the title of the document (as per the subject line when the e-mail was sent), the title of the physical file as per the e-mail attachment, as well as the date on which the unclassified document entry was created.
