Reports and Dashboards

Reports

PPO provides users with several reports that can be accessed easily from the Reports menu item. Reports are mainly tabular in nature, provide detailed information and are aimed at project managers.

To access a report, click on the Reports menu item.

Select the applicable entity from the Report Category field.

Then select the specific Report Name.

Depending on the report selected, a list of parameter options will open in the Report Parameters section. The types of parameters available are discussed in the related section later in this article.

PPO provides different views per report. For detailed information on the reporting views available in PPO, see the related section later in this article.

Access to all the reports can be setup within the user group access rights. For more information on setting up user group access rights, access the following knowledge base article.

Dashboards

Dashboards are more graphical in nature, providing overviews/summaries of the information captured in PPO. Dashboards are aimed at executives.

To access a dashboard, click on the Dashboards menu item.

Select the applicable Dashboard from the list.

Depending on the dashboard selected, a list of parameter options will open in the Dashboard Parameters section. The types of parameters available are discussed in the related section later in this article.
