How do I book for a webinar?

Bookings for live webinar events are made through the PPO website at www.go2ppo.com. Bookings can be made in advance as per the published webinar calendar. During the webinars participants will be allowed to interact with the presenter. Webinars are presented at no cost to you, and should you wish to attend all webinars, please feel free to do so.

Once you have opened the PPO website, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the “Webinars” option under the “Get to know PPO” heading, in order for you to access the scheduled webinar calendar.

The webinars are aimed at all role players interacting with PPO at various levels. To ensure that you attend the applicable webinars, the webinars have been segmented by role as follows:

Once you have clicked on a particular role the page will display a short description and also show the content that is covered, during the webinar.

To view the dates available for the selected webinar, click on the “Webinar Calendar” icon located on the right hand side of the page. On the next page, the monthly calendar will open showing you all the dates on which the selected webinar will be conducted.  

When hovering over the specific date, a pop-up window will open, displaying a short description about the webinar.

After you have clicked on a particular date, the description, duration, attendees and pre-requisites of the webinar is listed. Complete the booking form to request a booking invitation for this webinar.

Once you have completed the booking form, an e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address specified and the support team will be copied on the mail. The automated e-mail will contain all the required information for the webinar.

Please feel free to also contact the PPO Support team for any additional information regarding your webinar booking. You can also add the webinar to your own calendar, using the ICal or Google Calendar exports.
