Clients may draw upon the services of PPO Consultants for assistance with the initial implementation of PPO as well as ongoing configuration changes.
PPO provides consulting services through two channels:
- PPO Implementation – Dedicated and experienced PPO consultants can assist clients with implementing PPO by following a well-defined, tried-and-tested methodology. The implementation project includes scoping, project planning, project management, set-up and configuration, on-site coaching and hand-holding, monitoring and guidance as well as administrator education.
- Support desk – Clients can log requests for configuration changes and customised reports through the support desk. This includes configuration, the implementation of business rules, calculated fields including custom functions, all report and dashboard changes as well as the development of new reports and dashboards.
What is the consulting fee?

How do I request a consultants time?
To request a consultant's time, simply log a support call and the PPO Support Team will then provide you with a quotation.
