Planning Dashboards

This article provides detailed explanations of the planning dashboards available in PPO:

Planning Dashboard - Employees

The Planning Dashboard - Employees shows a drop down parameter for period, as well as an Employees entity filter and group by parameter.

The Key Statistics section provides information on total hours capacity, available hours, available percentage, planned percentage, planned hours and so on, for the parameters selected. For detailed information on how the total hours capacity and available hours are calculated, see the following FAQ.

The Key Statistics section also provides drill-through capability. When clicking on any of the statistics in this section, the whole dashboard will refresh, showing the trend graph for the selected statistic.

The Availability table shows a RAG indicator per week for the selected period and group by to indicate whether the resources were planned in within capacity or in excess of capacity.

The Trend Graph is shown for the planned percentage over a period of a year, highlighting the selected period and the Detail Graph shows the amount of planned hours, free capacity and time planned in excess of capacity according to the group by selected.

Planning Dashboard - Projects

The Planning Dashboard - Projects shows a To and From date parameter, as well as a project filter and a group by parameter.

The Key Statistics section shows the planned hours, planned percentage and number of planned employees based on the group by selected, whereas the Trend Graph shows the planned percentage over a period of a year, highlighting the selected period.

The Key Statistics section also provides drill-through capability. When clicking on any of the headings in this section, the whole dashboard will refresh, showing the trend graph for the selected statistic.
